Synopsis (short abstract) Les politiques et programmes de protection sociale ont un fort potentiel pour améliorer la situation nutritionnelle des populations vulnérables. Il est nécessaire d’adopter une approche sensible aux enjeux nutritionnels dans leur conception et mise en oeuvre, afin de s’assurer que ces politiques contribuent pleinement à la lutte contre la malnutrition. Cette brochure résume les plus récentes discussions sur comment les principaux programmes de protection sociale peuvent contribuer à lutter contr e les causes de la malnutrition, et propose des recommandations pour rendre ces programmes sensibles à la nutrition.
