Focus has been made on the problems, issues and concerns relevant to the Consultant's scope of work as defined in the Terms of Reference. It is not the intention of this report to comment/recommend on the impacts of the project as an integrated community-based approach to family planning.
Completion of her work was made possible with the full cooperation of the Project Management Staff in Lingayen, Pangasinan and the UN-FAO office in Manila. Special thanks go to the Area Supervisors and their respective Area Coordinators, most especially to Mr. Willy Carino and Mr. Marc Dahlen for their assistance in the project identification workshops, Mesdames Jessie Cerezo, Melody dela Rosa and Claire Morales for providing the Consultant the warmth and hospitality of their homes during the field work.
