7. Additional information regarding arrears due at 18 November 2004

The total arrears at 18 November was $58,616,451.38 (Appendix B/Appendix C) equivalent to 15.49 percent of current assessments.
Six Member Nations had arrears in excess of US$1 million (Appendix C)
Arrears exceeding US$1 million accounted for 82.56 percent of the total arrears due
Thirty-Four Member Nations had arrears in such amounts as to jeopardise their right to vote in accordance with Article III.4 of the Constitution (Appendix G)
