This was originally delivered by Dr. Herminio R. Rabanal to the FAO/UNDP Network of Aquaculture Centers in Asia (NACA) Training Programme for Senior Aquaculturists, SEAFDEC, Tigbauan, Iloilo, Philippines, 24 March 1988.
