  1. Opening of the Session

  2. Adoption of the Agenda and Arrangements for the Session

  3. Scale of Contributions for an Autonomous Budget

    4. A proposal prepared by the Secretariat and which reflects the discussions carried out by the Secretariat with several members of the Commission will be discussed and possibly amended. A final decision on the issue is expected to come out from the meeting.

  4. Programme of work for the intersessional period (July 1999-July 2000) and budget for the same period

    5. The meeting will identify the activities that should be considered for the intersessional period and decide on the schedule and venue of such activities. A budget to cover the programme of work agreed on will be adopted by the meeting.

  5. Any Other Matters

  6. Adoption of the Report
