Esto significa que necesitan herramientas que permitan identificar tales productos, realizar un inventario y evaluar sus posibilidades por lo que respecta a la creación de valor económico, pero tamb ién por lo que se refiere a la conservación y la valorización del patrimonio cultural y ambiental, con el fin de seleccionar productos piloto y, de este modo, apoyar una dinámica territorial. -
