2019Tato publikace je revidovanou a aktualizovanou verzí zpráv číslo 84 a 103 o světových půdních zdrojích a uvádí mezinárodní půdní klasifikační systém. Každá půda na světě může být zařazena do jedné z 32 Referenčních půdních skupin, jak je definováno v tomto dokumentu. Může být rovněž charakterizována skupinou kvalifikátorů. Výsledný název půdy poskytuje informace o vývoji půdy, ekologických funkcích a půdních vlastnostech, vztahujících se k využití půdy a managementu. Stejný systém, mírně upravený, může být využit pro tvorbu názvů jednotek v legendách půdních map. S přihlédnutím k národním klasifikačním systémům půd usnadňuje Světová referenční báze pro půdní zdroje sdílení informací o půdě na mezinárodní úrovni. -

Rome, 23–27 June 2008, 26–30 January 2009, 4–8 May 2009 and 24–28 August 2009 2009This document contains the report of the Technical Consultation to draft a legally-binding instrument on port State measures to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing. The Consultation was held in four sessions at FAO headquarters, Rome, from 23–27 June 2008, 26–30 January 2009, 4–8 May 2009 and 24–28 August 2009. The Consulation was convened by the Director General of the Food and Agriculture of the United Nations upon the recommendation of the twentyse venth session of the FAO Committee on Fisheries. The Technical Consultation finalized the draft Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing on 28 August 2009. The Consultation was funded by the Governments of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway and United States of America.

2017The Nations accepting this Constitution, being determined to promote the common welfare by furthering separate and collective action on their part for the purpose of: raising levels of nutrition and standards of living of the peoples under their respective jurisdictions; securing improvements in the efficiency of the production and distribution of all food and agricultural products; bettering the condition of rural populations; and thus contributing towards an expanding world economy and ensuring humanity's freedom from hunger; hereby establish the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, hereinafter referred to as the "Organization", through which the Members will report to one another on the measures taken and the progress achieved in the field of action set forth above.
