Synopsis (short abstract) The 2012 to 2015 CPF is an update of the 2006 to 2010 National Medium Term Priority Framework (NMTPF). It provides a national framework for continued technical cooperation between FAO and the Government of Jamaica through the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MoAF) and is a programming instrument for guiding FAO’s technical assistance and that of other international development agencies. The national goals and key outcomes of Vision 2030, Jamaica’s national development plan, launched in 20 09 and the Agriculture Sector plan component have been the basis for the selection of the priorities for FAO cooperation in Jamaica during the 2012 to 2015 period.

Summary of the the Country Programming Framework (CPF), which sets out four priority areas to guide FAO partnership and support with the Government of Guyana - bringing together innovative international best practices and global standards with national and regional expertise during four years from 2012 to 2015. The CPF was prepared following extensive consultations with the Ministry of Agriculture, international development partners and with the various stakeholders within the agriculture secto r. The priority areas emerging from those consultations have been discussed and agreed with the Government of Guyana.

The Country Programming Framework (CPF) for Mongolia 2012-2016 is the joint framework for strategic cooperation between the Government of Mongolia (GoM) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Mongolia. Channelled primarily through the Ministry of Industry and Agriculture (MoIA), and the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Green Development (MoNEGD), the CPF sets forth priority areas and activities for FAO’s assistance in support of the attainment of the GoM’s na tional development policy objectives in the fields of agriculture, fisheries, forestry, and natural resources.
