No results found.Value-added processing of agricultural raw materials produced in Niue has been recognized as a critical factor in boosting the agricultural sector‟s contribution to rebuilding the economy, following the devastation caused by Cyclone Heta in 2004. The project focused on strengthening the knowledge and skills of farming households, and other stakeholders, in the basic principles of value addition, agroprocessing, and agribusiness management and marketing, to ensure the sustainability of the livelihoods of Niuean farming households, and other stakeholders, while contributing to food security in the country. -
