يُركّز هذا الدليل التوجيهي لمدارس المزارعين الحقلية على العمليات والقرارات الحاسمة اللازمة عند الشروع في تنفيذ برنامج جديد لمدارس المزارعين الحقلية، حيث يوجّه القارئ عبر الخطوات الأساسية المطلوبة لوضع أساس متين لهذه البرامج، بما يتماشى مع الظروف المحلية المحددة. كما يُعرّف العناصر والعمليات الجوهرية التي تضمن ملاءمة البرنامج وجودته ونموّه واستدامته.ويتميّز هذا الدليل عن معظم الأدلة والكتيبات الأخرى الخاصة بمدارس المزارعين الحقلية، بتركيزه على دعم مديري ومصممي برامج المدارس الحقلية، على عكس معظم الأدلة المتوفرة التي تستهدف في الأساس ميسّري المدارس الحقلية أو المدربين الميدانيين. -

Our decentralized approach allows each VLC to create and deliver courses that are suited to its unique context, promoting resource sharing and best practices exchange across the network.This course catalogue introduces the VLCs and presents an extensive guide to the educational resources offered. Courses are divided into self-directed and tutored categories, with detailed descriptions of each course provided under thematic areas. Key topics include One Health, biosecurity, animal health, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and veterinary paraprofessionals (VPPs). Additionally, the catalogue features FAO tools and training workshops, providing a comprehensive array of the diverse learning opportunities available through the VLCs. -

No results found.FAO/INFOODS prepared this database to provide a tool for researchers and professionals to convert volume into weight and vice-versa. Data were collected from the literature, various national food composition tables and measurements conducted by the authors (see bibliography). Version 1.0 included density data for 214 food entries in 16 food groups from six sources and version 2.0 includes 638 foods entries in 20 food groups from 11 sources. For version 2, in addition to density data it was decid ed to also present data on specific gravity and to define the terms used. The data presented in this database are divided between density (including mass density and bulk density) and specific gravity. Like version 1.0, the data can be downloaded in Excel format from the INFOODS website. French version of this publication "Base de données FAO/INFOODS sur la densité. Version 2.0 (2015)" is published under job number i3057 -

No results found.Considering the great importance of black soils and their risk of severe degradation, it has become crucial to develop a deeper understanding of the status of the black soils in the world including their distribution at national and global levels. During the second International Network of Black Soils (INBS) workshop in 2019, members discussed and agreed to develop a Global Black Soil Distribution Map (GBSmap) using a country-driven approach based on the endorsed definition of black soils. Two training sessions were organized in 2021 to support INBS members in developing their national maps. Fourteen INBS countries subsequently developed and submitted their national black soil distribution maps.
