No results found.Both of unloaded tu from longline and purse seine fisheries are examined in term of effort, catch and value, species composition, landing production categorized by flag countries, size of fish as well as the relevance information and activity of port sampling and sampling size. The objective of this study is to follow up the data on tu fisheries in the Indian Ocean, thus the available data at first from the beginning of tu longliners unloading in Phuket until the year of 2012 and the data of tu purse seiners unloading in Phuket during 2003 to 2012 are described in this paper. Besides the conclusion with the progression on improvement of the port sampling and monitoring currently in place, the encounter problems and recommendation are included. -
