No results found.This magazine is developed by the RSN contributions from secretariats of regional fisheries management organizations, regional fisheries advisory bodies, and related networks and partners, as well as colleagues from FAO and other agencies and organizations working on matters relevant to these bodies. The Fisheries and Aquaculture Department of FAO hosts and provides the RSN Secretariat services, the venue for biennial meetings, and has a day-to-day collaboration with the network on technical and operational issues. In this context, the Secretariat will continue working with its members, partners, and colleagues, to ensure, as much as possible, that voices and experiences from different regions are being considered. -

No results found.This magazine aims at sharing information on major activities and developments in the work of FAO and non‐FAO Regional Fishery Bodies ﴾RFBs﴿, members of the Regional Fishery Body Secretariats'Network (RSN), as well as relevant partners, so as to enhance regional collaboration and partnerships between the various RFBs and other key actors working in fisheries and aquaculture around the globe. This is directly linked to SDG 14, and across the Agenda 2030. This issue No. 18 comprises a special corner celebrating twenty years of working together in the context of this network (currently consisting of 58 RFBs and partners), with shared vision, efforts and achievements. This issue reflects on the lessons learned, the experiences gained and the goals achieved since that First Meeting of FAO and Non-FAO Regional Fishery Bodies, in 1999, under the special editorial and the corner theme "LOOKING BACK: THE JOURNEY SO FAR"
