    The FAO NMTPF is a rolling framework designed to respond to new realities esulting from national regional and global developments. In this regard, the NMTPF will be revised at the end of the third year and each three years thereafter; as the remaining two years are added to a new period of three years to make a subsequent five-year NMTPF.
