    Tandurasa project has been implemented in two provinces in Indonesia: the Special Region of Yogyakarta and East Nusa Tenggara. It has empowered local farmers and collaborated with multi-stakeholders. Tandurasa offers sustainable agriculture model and brings more sustainable economic, social, and environmental impact. It also has become a laboratory for the young generation to learn about integrated farming which has increased their motivation in agricultural sector.

    The project "From Coffee Waste to Value: A Circular Bioeconomy Model for Agrifood and Skincare Innovation" involves setting up Coffeeco Upcycle, an initiative in Greece that transforms spent coffee grounds into high-value applications in the food packaging and skincare sectors. In addition to producing sustainable materials and bioactive compounds to meet the needs of these industries, the project aims to train stakeholders in upcycling techniques for spent coffee grounds. They will be able to develop decentralized upcycling units in their communities, based on the collection of coffee waste from local cafes and coffee retailers. Successive trainings and services will enable scaling up of this activity throughout the region. It will contribute to reducing agro-industrial waste, increasing resource efficiency, and creating diversified income streams.

    Advancing biogas technology: A key driver for Thailand's renewable energy future

    Biogas technologies play a key role in achieving this target, given Thailand's readiness in technological capabilities and the abundance of viable raw materials, including agro–industrial residues, livestock farm waste, and biomass. This presentation will highlight high efficiency biogas production technologies, specifically designed for wastewater and agricultural waste, particularly from the cassava starch industry. Additionally, it will showcase examples of biogas production technologies implemented in other sectors across Thailand.
