Synopsis (short abstract) Socio-economic vulnerability analysis is one of the tools to measure the socio-economic aspects of conflict and establish a more effective and coordinated approach to preventing violent conflict. Exploring vulnerability more in-depth could shed light on the internal processes that determine, in medium- to long-term scenarios, social and political crises and their links to negative outcomes in terms of well-being. This paper aims to support efforts to equip practitioners with a more comprehensive toolbos to help prevent and reduce the incidence of violent conflict.
