    لقد تم إعداد الطبعة الثانية من دليل الممارسة الزراعية الجيدة في قطاع الألبان من قبل مجموعة مشروع الاتحاد الدولي لمنتجات الألبان ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة المنبثقة عن اللجنة الدائمة لإدارة المزارع بالاتحاد الدولي لمنتجات الألبان، وتم إعدادها بصورة عملية لتخاطب مزارعي قطاع الألبان المنوطين بإنتاج الحليب من أي فصيلة مدرة للألبان، لدعم إنتاج وتسويق ألبان ومنتجات ألبان آمنة ومضمونة الجودة، ويركز هذا الدليل على العلاقة بين سلامة المستهلك والإدارة البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية على مستوى المزرعة. من الض روري على أنظمة الإنتاج في قطاع الألبان في شتى أنحاء العالم أن تتمكن من الجمع بين الربحية والمسئولية تجاه حماية صحة الإنسان والحيوان ورعاية الحيوان وحماية البيئة، ويهدف هذا الدليل إلى تقديم الإرشادات الوقائية لمزارعي قطاع الألبان عن كيفية تحقيق تلك الأهداف في مزارعهم، وهذه الممارسات مستقاة من الخطوط التوجيهية لأفضل الممارسات وبرامج ضمان الجودة القائمة على مستوى العالم، ولهذا قد تتباين الممارسات الفردية في إمكانية تطبيقها على مناطق إنتاج الألبان المختلفة، ولا يوجد أي إلزام قانوني في تطبيقها، وننصح القراء باختيار وتطبيق الخطوط التوجيهية التي تنطبق على وضعهم الخاص.

    FAO/INFOODS prepared this database to provide a tool for researchers and professionals to convert volume into weight and vice-versa. Data were collected from the literature, various national food composition tables and measurements conducted by the authors (see bibliography). Version 1.0 included density data for 214 food entries in 16 food groups from six sources and version 2.0 includes 638 foods entries in 20 food groups from 11 sources. For version 2, in addition to density data it was decid ed to also present data on specific gravity and to define the terms used. The data presented in this database are divided between density (including mass density and bulk density) and specific gravity. Like version 1.0, the data can be downloaded in Excel format from the INFOODS website. French version of this publication "Base de données FAO/INFOODS sur la densité. Version 2.0 (2015)" is published under job number i3057

The collection of food standards and related texts adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission is known as the Codex Alimentarius.

    The FAOSTAT emissions database is composed of several data domains covering the categories of the IPCC Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector of the national GHG inventory. Energy use in agriculture is additionally included as relevant to emissions from agriculture as an economic production sector under the ISIC A statistical classification, though recognizing that, in terms of IPCC, they are instead part of the Energy sector of the national GHG inventory. FAO emissions estimates are available over the period 1961–2018 for agriculture production processes from crop and livestock activities. Land use emissions and removals are generally available only for the period 1990–2019. This analytical brief focuses on overall trends over the period 2000–2018.
