    The twenty-second session of the European Forestry Commission's Working Party on the Management of Mountain Watersheds was held in Toulouse, from 12 to 14 September 2000, at the kind invitation of the Government of France. The session took place at the "Centre pour l'UNESCO". It was followed on 15 and 16 September by a study tour, organised by the Host Government, illustrating integrated land use management in mountain areas, the theme of the session, in the Pyrenees mountains.
