No results found.Le Groupe de travail sur la planification et l’analyse des campagnes écosystémiques de la zone CCLME, organisé par le projet «Protection du grand écosystème marin du courant des Canaries – CCLME » s’est tenu dans la salle de conférence de la Commission Sous Régionale des Pêches (CSRP), Dakar (SENEGAL) du 29 au 30 Octobre 2010. Les travaux ont été planifiés en tenant compte de la présence des scientifiques participant au cours de formation Nansis et à la réunion du groupe de planification des cam pagnes acoustiques du 20 au 28 octobre 2010 à Dakar, Cette réunion s’est ainsi déroulée peu avant l’atelier de démarrage du projet CCLME prévu du 2 au 4 novembre 2010. -

La deuxième réunion du Groupe de Travail sur la Planification et Analyses Écosystémiques de la zone CCLME a été organisée par l’Unité Régionale de Coordination du projet du CCLME, à Casablanca, (Maroc) du 2 au 5 mai 2023. Cette deuxième réunion fait suite à la première réunion de ce même groupe de travail qui avait pour objectif global d'identifier les priorités pour les activités scientifiques futures et le développement d'un programme de recherche approprié qui fera partie de la mise en œuvre complète du Programme d’Action Stratégique (PAS) du CCLME. C’est ainsi qu’après avoir identifié les activités scientifiques prioritaires dans le cadre des trois thématiques du CCLME, les participants du Groupe de Travail, ont défini lors de cette première réunion, un calendrier pour la mise en œuvre des activités identifiées pendant les cinq années à venir. Des facilitateurs de thématiques ont été également proposés pour accompagner, organiser et assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre des activités par thématique. Ainsi, le CRODT a été désigné comme facilitateur en charge de la thématique « habitats et biodiversité » ; l’IMROP en charge de la thématique « ressources et espèces vulnérables » et l’INRH : en charge de la thématique : « de la qualité des eaux marines ». De ce plan de travail régional quinquennal, un plan de travail pour l’année 2023 a été extrait intégrant des activités à mettre en œuvre au cours de cette année. C’est dans ce cadre que cette deuxième réunion du Groupe de Travail « planification et analyses écosystémiques », a été organisée pour poursuivre la réflexion sur les priorités des processus scientifiques à mener dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de ces plans de travail.

Repurposing food and agricultural policies to make healthy diets more affordable
2022This year’s report should dispel any lingering doubts that the world is moving backwards in its efforts to end hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition in all its forms. We are now only eight years away from 2030, but the distance to reach many of the SDG 2 targets is growing wider each year. There are indeed efforts to make progress towards SDG 2, yet they are proving insufficient in the face of a more challenging and uncertain context. The intensification of the major drivers behind recent food insecurity and malnutrition trends (i.e. conflict, climate extremes and economic shocks) combined with the high cost of nutritious foods and growing inequalities will continue to challenge food security and nutrition. This will be the case until agrifood systems are transformed, become more resilient and are delivering lower cost nutritious foods and affordable healthy diets for all, sustainably and inclusively.
