This has been done through extensive consultations with national stakeholders, particularly Government line ministries, civil society, the private sector and development partners as well as relevant UN agencies, including the Rome-based Agencies. The CPF is also aligned with the FAO Strategic Framework 2022–31, as well as the Organization’s regional priorities for Africa, the Subregional Office for West Africa, and its corporate initiatives such as the Hand-in-Hand Initiative (HIHI), One Country One Priority Product (OCOP), and the Digital Village Initiative (DVI). The CPF 2024–2028 is designed as a living document and can be updated to respond to changes in government priorities and unfolding situations. -
