This document formely adopts the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 IGO (CC BY-NC- SA 3.0 IGO) to be applied to 8 statistical databases in FAO. It describes the rationale of adopting the license, as well as defines the roles and responsibilities of FAO officers, and data users in its adoption.
