Clearly cite the complete bibliographic reference for each document. Do not just mention its code number (reference, microfiche or accession number) as this will considerably delay processing. The best would be to mark the requested documents on a photocopy of selected pages of this circular.
Specify if you want to order either photocopies or documents in the electronic (TIFF) format:
photocopies cost USD 0.20 per page, the minimum charge per item being USD 10.00; the maximum document size is 50 pages.
TIFF format: variable cost plus cost of CD production if variable costs are less than USD 100.00.
- variable cost: USD 0.20 per page (minimum USD 5.00 per document)
- CD production: USD 20.00 per CD.Examples:
(a) Reproduction in TIFF of a total of 300 pages would cost:
300 x USD 0.20 = USD 60.00 + USD 20.00 fixed costs = USD 80.00
(b) Reproduction in TIFF of a total of 700 pages would cost:
700 x USD 0.20 = USD 140.00 (no fixed costs)
