A cada miembro se le proporcionará un conjunto uniforme de formularios que llenar. Los Comités coordinadores regionales recopilarán los datos regionales, que habrán de reagruparse en un único documento. Para cada categoría principal de productos, tales como cereales, carnes, mariscos, etc. se aplicarán formularios separados. De cada norma se indicará en el formulario la fecha de establecimiento, así como la fecha de su última modificación o del examen futuro previsto.
