1. In accordance with the Uniform Procedure for the Elaboration of Codex Standards and Related Texts, the following texts are submitted to the Commission for consideration for adoption:

Draft standards and related texts submitted at Step 5 of the Accelerated Procedure (Step 5A);
Proposed draft standards submitted at Step 5 of the Uniform Procedure with the recommendation of the subsidiary body concerned for the omission of Steps 6 and 7 (Step 5/8).

2. These texts are listed in the Annex to this document.

3. Comments submitted by Governments and interested international organizations in accordance with the Guide to the Consideration of Standards at Step 8 of the Procedure for the Elaboration of Codex Standards including Consideration of any Statements relating to Economic Impact¹ are contained in ALINORM 03/26/7 – Add.1.
