99. The 23rd Session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission approved the elaboration of the proposed draft Code of Practice as new work.[55]

The Committee requested Norway to develop an Annex separately from the general Code of Practice for the Prevention of Mycotoxin Contamination in Cereals (see para. 93) to provide specific information and recommendations related to the prevention of zearalenone contamination in cereals for circulation, comment and further consideration at its next meeting.
