Germany: disagreement with evaluation |
|
||||
Germany: Not in favour of reciprocal use of residue data performed with the racemate or with the R-isomer for derivation of an MRL. The Netherlands: (1) Regarding the residue definition: add
that residue is partially fat-soluble; (2) Regarding LOD: for enforcement
purposes prefer to set a limit of 0.05 mg/kg in general. For animal products
like meat and eggs 0.02 mg/kg(*) is acceptable; and (3) Because of intake
concern animal transfer studies are required. |
