PREPARATION OF THIS DOCUMENT
The Thirteenth Session of EIFAC (1984) recommended that henceforth the national reports of the member countries cover two calendar years, that they be prepared in accordance with the guidelines established in consultation between the Chairmen of the three Sub-Commissions and the Secretariat and be published in the series “EIFAC Occasional Papers” in order to enlarge their distribution (see paragraph 103 of its report).
The session also recommended that the reports be sent to the Secretariat in a ready-to-print form at the latest by 31 January of the year in which a session is to be held.
The present document contains the reports for the period 1 January 1984 – 31 December 1985 which were received by the Secretariat.
PREPARATION DE CE DOCUMENT
La treizième session de la CECPI (1984) a recommandé (voir paragraphe 103) de son rapport) que les rapports nationaux des pays membres couvrent dorénavant deux années civiles, qu'ils soient préparés selon des lignes directrices établies en consultation entre les présidents des trois sous-Commissions et le Secrétariat, et qu'ils soient publiés, pour en assurer une plus large diffusion, dans la série “Documents occasionnels de la CECPI”.
La session a également recommandé que ces rapports soient adressés, prêts pour l'impression, au Secrétariat au plus tard le 31 janvier de l'année au cours de laquelle doit se tenir une session.
Le présent document contient les rapports pour la période du ler janvier 1984 au 31 décembre 1985 qui sont parvenus au Secrétariat.
