This document provides terms and definition of FRA 2005 and their comparison with the one used in last two FRAs (1990 and 2000. This working paper briefly touches on FRA 2005 process and the expected outputs. The main purpose is to facilitate and to bring uniformity in the work of National Correspondents as well as provide essential meaning and utility to FRA 2005 information content. The working paper system for country reporting is expected to enhance transparency of information production process, credibility of global data, and efficiency of recording keeping.
