COVER PHOTO. Local government official Henry Anotado always finds time to work in his seven and a half hectare agroforestry farm in Dingle, Iloilo, central Philippines. He has integrated mahogany and dipterocarp species with the existing indigenous trees in the farm to establish a mini-forest. He has successfully integrated cutflower and vegetable production, aquaculture, and fruit tree production. He is also raising swine and native chicken. Mr. Anotado only has to show his integrated agroforestry farm to visiting farmers and agroforestry practitioners as proof of agroforestry capabilities for sustained production and increased income.
