2017يتمّ تقديم الإرشاد للدول لإجراء إحصاء زراعي وطني من خلال برامج عقدية منذ عام 1930 . يُفترض في هذا المنشور، البرنامج العالمي للإحصاء الزراعي 2020 ) WCA 2020 (، أن يقُدّم الإرشاد والتوجيه عن الإحصاءات الزراعية التي تقوم بها الدول في الفترة الواقعة بين 2016 و 2025 . يلعب الإحصاء الزراعي دوراً أساسياً في جمع البيانات الهيكلية عن القطاع الزراعي. سيضمن البرنامج العالمي للإحصاء الزراعي إمكانية مقارنة المعلومات التي تمّ جمعها على مستوى عالمي بالإضافة إلى تلبية الحاجة المتزايدة للمعلومات في القرن 21 . تم ّ مناقشة أربع طرق لإجراء المسح الزراعي وهي: النهج التقليدي )مرة واحدة(، والذي لا يزال يستخدم على نطاق واسع. النهج التركيبي، الذي تمّ عرضه في البرنامج العالمي للإحصاء الزراعي 2010 ؛ وطريقة التعداد / المسح المتكاملة، التي تنطوي على دورية وحدات المسح على مر السنين بين عمليتي إحصاء. وطريقة التعداد المدمجة، والتي تستخدم البيانات الإدارية. كما قد تمّ إعادة مفهوم البنود "الأساسية"، والتمييز الواضح بين العناصر "الأساسية" وعناصر "الإطار" وذلك سيسهّل العملية على الدول التي ترغب باتباع النهج التركيبي أو مس وحات المتابعة. يركّز هذا المنشور على فوائد التطوّر في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات أثناء عممليات جمع المعلومات، معالجتها ونشرها. يحافظ هذا البرنامج على السمات الرئيسية التي أُدخلت في البرنامج السابق وهي: العلاقة الوثيقة بين التعداد العام للسكان والمساكن والتعدادات الزراعية، وإمكانية جمع البيانات على مستوى المجتمع المحلي عن البنية التحتية والخدمات المتاحة للحيازات الزراعية، وجمع بيانات مصنفة حسب الجنس في التعداد الزراعي. كما يوفر البرنامج الجديد أيضا قائمة منقّحة من الموضوعات وعناصر البيانات من أج ل تعامل أفضل مع الاحتياجات للبيانات، بما في ذلك اثنين من الموضوعات الجديدة الناشئة: "مصائد الأسماك" و"البيئة/ غازات الدفيئة". كما يحثّ الدول على تقييم استخدام التكنولوجيا المتقدمة في التخطيط لإحصاءاتها مع التركيز على المشاكل في نوعية المعلومات واستمراريتها وسهولة استخدام نتائج الإحصاء المنشورة. سيتمّ استعراض البرنامج العالمي الإحصاء الزراعي 2020 في مجلّدين منفصلين للتمييز بين محورين منفصلين للإحصاء. المجلّد الموجود بين يديك الآن وهو المجلّد الأول، يركز على وصف برنامج الإحصاء ومفاهيمه وتعريفاته. وسيركّز المجلّد الثاني على المحاور التشغيلية والتنفيذية لإجراء إحصاء زراعي. -

No results found.The FAOSTAT emissions database is composed of several data domains covering the categories of the IPCC Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector of the national GHG inventory. Energy use in agriculture is additionally included as relevant to emissions from agriculture as an economic production sector under the ISIC A statistical classification, though recognizing that, in terms of IPCC, they are instead part of the Energy sector of the national GHG inventory. FAO emissions estimates are available over the period 1961–2018 for agriculture production processes from crop and livestock activities. Land use emissions and removals are generally available only for the period 1990–2019. This analytical brief focuses on overall trends over the period 2000–2018.
