LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN Regional overview of food security and nutrition 2021: Statistics and trends

This report was jointly prepared by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean (FAORLC), the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization Regional Office for the Americas (PAHO/WHO), the Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean of the World Food Programme (WFP) and the Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
