Education for Effective Nutrition in Action. The ENACT Course - Student’s version








The ENACT course provides an introduction to the practice of nutrition education. This is a ten-and-a-half unit “blended learning” course, requiring a mix of independent work, “outside activities” which explore aspects of real life (including a mini Nutrition Education project), and tutorials. Two tutorials are foreseen for each unit, intended to deal with problems, prepare for outside activities, review work done so far and extend it, and discuss content issues . 

Two versions of the course materials are available: one for students and one for tutors.

The Student’s version includes:

  • A general introduction to the course

  • the project folder

  • a set of course resources

  • the student’s book and set of resources for each unit, including some audio and video files

The Tutors’ version includes copies of all the students’ materials, a Tutor’s Guide and some extra option al materials for particular units
