    The High-Level Workshop will include a range of government officials including from the Minister of the President and the Mayor of Kampala, as well as several important donors. The meeting is not only significant for the country but overall, for FAO’s work on the topic in other countries, in addition to building stronger UN partnerships, in particular with UNEP and UNDP. The intention of the meeting is to improve alignment within FAO and with UN partners, with regards country policies to accelerate food systems transformation, and to contribute to the national food system dialogue processes.
