No results found.The One Country One Priority Product Initiative (OCOP) is organizing a Capacity Building Workshop on Mainstreaming Nutrition in OCOP for Healthy Diets. This 2.5-day workshop is co-organized by FAO and the Institute of Nutrition Mahidol University (INMU). The event will provide participants with innovative and technical information to promote the nutrition dimension of OCOP, within different country contexts. The tools featured in this workshop such as food composition analysis, nutrition calculations for food labelling, healthy product and recipe development will build capacity for members to increase domestic market demand for Special Agricultural Products (SAPs) through targeted nutrition initiatives and promote nutritious and healthy diets. -
