Book (stand-alone)FAO strategy / plan / policy / roadmap联合国家庭农业十年 (2019-2028 年) 全球行动计划 2019如今,农业正处于十字路口。要为日 益增长的人口提供充足、经济及营养的 食物,并要应对气候变化和自然资源退 化,包括缺水、土壤枯竭和生物多样性丧 失,农业面临着越来越大的压力。城乡之 间普遍且持续的社会与经济不平等导致 了前所未有的城市化水平,而吸收能力 有限的城市则面临着与社会边缘化,甚 至冲突相关的问题。 要能以可持续的方式为整个世界提 供粮食,我们的粮食系统急需彻底的转 变。为取得效果,转型行动必须解决一系 列交织在一起的复杂目标,涵盖经济、社 会和环境维度。为了实现该愿景,“联合国家庭农业十年”的全球行动计划为国际社会提供 了详细的指导,指明可以集体方式采取的一致行动,以支持家庭农业生产者。该 计划概述了一个综合性方法,以期在逐步实现充足食物权的背景下,对实现可持 续发展目标的工作提供支持。 全球行动计划围绕7 个协同增强的工作支柱而设计,建议从地方到全球采 取一系列相互关联的行动。在联合国家庭农业十年间制定的任何干预措施必须 始终考虑家庭农业生产者的多样性。这些措施应针对具体情况,根据区域、国家、 地方的社会文化和社会经济条件进行调整。为了保证“联合国家庭农业十年”取 得成功,所有行动都应将家庭农业生产者置于中心地位,通过自下而上、参与性、 包容性的进程加以实施。

No results found.The FAOSTAT emissions database is composed of several data domains covering the categories of the IPCC Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector of the national GHG inventory. Energy use in agriculture is additionally included as relevant to emissions from agriculture as an economic production sector under the ISIC A statistical classification, though recognizing that, in terms of IPCC, they are instead part of the Energy sector of the national GHG inventory. FAO emissions estimates are available over the period 1961–2018 for agriculture production processes from crop and livestock activities. Land use emissions and removals are generally available only for the period 1990–2019. This analytical brief focuses on overall trends over the period 2000–2018. -

No results found.Global climate studies show that not only temperatures are increasing and precipitation levels are becoming more varied, all projections indicate these trends will continue. It is therefore imperative that we understand changes in climate over agricultural areas and their impacts on agriculture production and food security. This study presents new analysis on the impact of changing climate on agriculture and food security, by examining the evidence on recent climate variability and extremes over agricultural areas and the impact of these on agriculture and food security. It shows that more countries are exposed to increasing climate variability and extremes and the frequency (the number of years exposed in a five-year period) and intensity (the number of types of climate extremes in a five-year period) of exposure over agricultural areas have increased. The findings of this study are compelling and bring urgency to the fact that climate variability and extremes are proliferating and intensifying and are contributing to a rise in global hunger. The world’s 2.5 billion small-scale farmers, herders, fishers, and forest-dependent people, who derive their food and income from renewable natural resources, are most at risk and affected. Actions to strengthen the resilience of livelihoods and food systems to climate variability and extremes urgently need to be scaled up and accelerated. -
