Book (stand-alone)Technical book国际农药供销与使用行为守则 2003《国际农药销售与使用行为守则》是从事农药供销和使用或与此有关的所有公私合营实体管理农药的全球性准则文件。它于1985年由粮农组织大会第二十三届会议首次通过。《守则》旨在规定标准行为，尤其作为政府当局和农药工业实行农药良好管理做法的参考。继1998年《鹿特丹公约》通过之后，并考虑到国际政策框架的不断变化以及某些农药管理问题的持续存在，粮农组织于1999年发起更新和修订《守则》的进程。2002年11月，粮农组织理事会（经粮农组织第三十一届会议授权）第一二三届会议通过《理事会第1/123号决议》批准了《国际农药销售与使用行为守则》修订本。本出版物载有《守则》修订本。
