dc.description.abstract This booklet is intended to create awareness and promote street and snack food as a diversification enterprise for small-scale farmers. It looks at the advantages, benefits and income earning potential of such an enterprise as well as considering the positive spill over effects it can have on communities and others involved in the agrifood supply chain. The booklet is intended for public and private advisory institutions that provide support to local communities and in particular to small-scale farmers.
