Synopsis (short abstract) 1月，国际小麦价格再次回落，原因是全球供应短期持续向好，尤其是对2022年澳大利亚和俄罗斯联邦收成的最新预测高于早前预期。相比之下，国际粗粮价格小幅回升，主要原因是对巴西玉米的需求保持强劲。由于供应收紧，一些亚洲出口国的本地需求强劲，以及汇率波动，1月，国际稻米价格上涨。根据粮农组织对国内主粮价格的分析，尽管有证据表明某些国家（包括南部非洲和西非部分地区）的价格已从2022年的峰值回落，但2022年12月至2023年1月期间，主粮价格仍维持在显著高位。在若干地区，尤其是非洲之角，社会和经济动荡或将导致食品获取受限现象在短期内持续。国际市场价格走高，以及同期其他冲击，包括不利天气事件、冲突和货币疲软等宏观经济挑战，将继续影响国内主粮价格走势。

    2023年9月，国际谷物价格走势不一。受主要出口国不同因素影响，玉米价格上涨，而小麦价格继续下滑，原因是北半球收成工作接近尾声。与此同时，国际稻米价格略有下降，原因是进口需求总体放缓，加之印度稻米出口政策仍存在不确定性，以及各出口国的库存逐渐减少。2023年9月，大多数受粮农组织监测国家的国内主粮价格同比仍走高。不断上涨的能源价格继续导致运输和供应成本上扬，而货币疲软导致进口成本上升。动荡和冲突仍是海地以及东非和西非部分地区食品价上涨的主要原因。由于厄尔尼诺现象频发，市场愈发担忧亚洲和南部非洲部分地区2023/24年作物收成前景。
