El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido difundir una tecnología apropiada para la producción de hortalizas de consumo familiar. Está dirigido a pequeños agricultores, maestros de escuelas rurales, niños y pobla dores urbanos y suburbanos que puedan acceder a pequeñas superficies de terreno. Una mejor alimentación y mejores ingresos pueden ser alcanzados a través del trabajo familiar en la producción de hortalizas. -
