FAO will contribute to strengthening line ministries and its decentralized entities on agriculture, food security, and forestry and fisheries issues. In this regard, it will assist the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) in formulation of food security, agriculture, forestry, and fishery policies and assist in their implementation. It will also contribute to strengthen the capacity of the principal line ministries involved in agriculture, rural development and food security policies (LMARF), government statutory bodies, particularly RADA and commodity organizations for aid coordination in the area of agriculture, food security, forestry, and fishery.
