dc.description.abstract The Uganda Inception Workshop of the Integrating Agriculture into the NAPS is an introductory workshop, bringing together the stakeholders necessary for implementing the holistic aims of the project inside Uganda. The report written after the event is to brief both stakeholders, the UNDP and FAO on the event. The Executive Summary of the Integrating Agriculture in NAPs Inception report enables interested parties to get a brief outline of the event, its attendants and the actions that took place without having to read the entire report. As part of a series of Executive Summaries on reports submitted to the NAP-Ag programme, it is hoped that information can disseminated by the executive summaries to increase the effectiveness of partner countries workshops and report writing. The Executive Summaries will also serve as a quick highlight of the progress in partner countries being supported by the NAP-Ag programme. Understanding the processes done by the program’s partner countries allows for greater efficiency both inside the partner country but also among other partner countries. The Executive Summary of the Inception report gives a breakdown of the key highlights, this allows for an immediate understanding of the outcomes of the summary without reading the entire report.
