dc.description.abstract Rapid developments in the Asia-Pacific region are presenting new challenges to provide healthy food environments for all that promote access to nutritious, safer and affordable diets. This changing environment has led to a growing and multi-faceted malnutrition crisis. Clearly, we are now at a tipping point where there is an urgent need to reshape our food systems if we are to stem these current negative trends.
