2012本标准已由植物检疫措施临时委员会于 2003年 4 月批准。本标准介绍了制定、保持及提供限定有害生物清单的程序。 《国际植物保护公约》（《植保公约》）要求各缔约方尽力拟定、更新和提供限定有害生物清单。 限定有害生物清单由输入缔约方拟定，详细列示可采取植检措施的目前限定的所有有害生物。按商品分列的限定有害生物特定清单为这些清单的一个子集。依照要求，向输出缔约方植保机构提供特定清单，作为为特定商品出具证明而详细列示限定有害生物的手段。 -

2012要求概要 电离辐射处理（辐射）可以用于有害生物风险管理。国家植保机构应获得保证，对关切的限定有害生物和所需要的反应，处理的效能应在科学上予以证明。处理的应用需要剂量测定和剂量绘图，以确保特定设施和具体商品结构的处理切实有效。国家植保机构负责确保植物检疫处理的设施设计适当。应制订有关程序，确保处理能够适当进行，商品批次得到处理、储存和识别，以确保植物检疫安全得到维持。处理设施需要保持记录，设施、国家植保机构需要保持文档，它们应包括设施操作员与国家植保机构之间签署一项守规协定，特别规定植物检疫措施的具体要求。 -

No results found.The FAOSTAT emissions database is composed of several data domains covering the categories of the IPCC Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector of the national GHG inventory. Energy use in agriculture is additionally included as relevant to emissions from agriculture as an economic production sector under the ISIC A statistical classification, though recognizing that, in terms of IPCC, they are instead part of the Energy sector of the national GHG inventory. FAO emissions estimates are available over the period 1961–2018 for agriculture production processes from crop and livestock activities. Land use emissions and removals are generally available only for the period 1990–2019. This analytical brief focuses on overall trends over the period 2000–2018. -
