2018非洲猪瘟(African Swine Fever,ASF)是一种传染性病毒病,能导致家猪和野猪的出血热,致死率常可达到100%。因此,非洲猪瘟可严重影响养猪业的生产。这不仅会威胁到粮食安全,对供应链上的生猪生产商和其他参与者的生计构成挑战,并对国际贸易产生重大影响。 由于具有相当高的跨境传播能力,目前这种疫病在撒哈拉以南非洲、撒丁岛 (意大利) 以及高加索和东欧的部分地区流行。由于人员、猪肉制品、污染物和受感染野猪的跨境流动,这些地区存在进一步传播非洲猪瘟的长期性风险。任何具有养猪行业的国家都面临风险。散养动物的生物安全水平低,尤其容易受到疫病影响。 非洲猪瘟目前没有有效的疫苗或治疗方法,防范该病的最佳策略是建立早期疫情发现和诊断机制,以及针对暴发的紧急响应机制。在这种情况下,对兽医专业人员和其他一线人员的意识培养和技能培训至关重要。 本手册的目的是为兽医专业人员、辅助技术人员和实验室诊断人员提供及时诊断和应对非洲猪瘟疫情暴发或病例所需的信息。通过阅读本手册,养殖户、猎人和林业管理者也将从中受益。 -
