This analysis includes supermarkets, retail markets, wholesalers, restaurants and public companies in the food sector. It includes some general reflections, based on the cases analyzed, with a focus on measures that must be taken for their best performance in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. -

The objective of the text is to reflect on the current scenario faced by the most vulnerable women, and the measures that must be implemented to reduce their impacts. In addition, an analysis of the current situation of rural women is made, in qualitative terms. Finally, some of the public policy measures that are being taken by the states of the region to address the challenges described are described.

Le Codex Alimentarius (en latin Loi ou Code alimentaire) est un recueil de normes alimentaires adoptées à l'échelon international présenté de manière uniforme. Il inclut également des dispositions à caractère consultatif sous forme de codes d'usages, de directives et de recommandations à l'appui des objectifs du Codex Alimentarius. La Commission a exprimé l'opinion que les codes d'usages peuvent fournir des listes récapitulatives des conditions à remplir utiles aux autorités nationales chargées du contrôle des denrées alimentaires ou de l'application de la législation alimentaire. La publicati on du Codex Alimentarius vise à guider et à promouvoir l'élaboration et l'établissement de définitions et d'exigences concernant les denrées alimentaires, à faciliter leur harmonisation et, ce faisant, à faciliter le commerce international.

No results found.The FAOSTAT emissions database is composed of several data domains covering the categories of the IPCC Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector of the national GHG inventory. Energy use in agriculture is additionally included as relevant to emissions from agriculture as an economic production sector under the ISIC A statistical classification, though recognizing that, in terms of IPCC, they are instead part of the Energy sector of the national GHG inventory. FAO emissions estimates are available over the period 1961–2018 for agriculture production processes from crop and livestock activities. Land use emissions and removals are generally available only for the period 1990–2019. This analytical brief focuses on overall trends over the period 2000–2018. -
