The team comprised experts from Federal Minsitry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FARMD), the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the FAO, World Food Programme (WFP), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), NGOs, the States Emergency Managemenet Agencies and state ministries in charge of Agriculture
