2005En 1999, la FAO publiait la première version française du Thésaurus multilingue du foncier. Cette version avait surtout pour vocation d'être mise à l'épreuve du terrain, c'est-à-dire soumise aux critiques constructives tant des usagers à la recherche d'informations et d'éclairages nouveaux que des experts du foncier. En effet, sur le fond comme sur la forme, sont apparus un certain nombre de points forts mais aussi des lacunes, relevés depuis 1999 par l'équipe des rédacteurs et par de nombreux a utres spécialistes du foncier. Par ailleurs, la discipline "foncier" est en évolution constante et une période de cinq ans peut certainement être considérée comme suffisamment longue pour percevoir des mutations ou des tendances au niveau des bases conceptuelles comme dans les approches. Cela justifie également le projet d'une version ultérieure comme cela annonce aussi le projet d'une troisième version. Plus de quarante nouveaux termes ont de la sorte été ajoutés, comme entrée principale ou com me entrée secondaire. Environ le même nombre de termes ont également été complétés et exemplifiés. Des références à des sites internet où des compléments d'information ou des illustrations peuvent être trouvés sont également incluses.

This atlas is a study of climate and agroclimate in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic for the period 1990–2019 based on the downscaling of long-term observation data. It has been produced as part of the “Strengthening Agro-Climatic Monitoring and Information Systems (SAMIS) to improve adaptation to climate change and food security in Lao People’s Democratic Republic project. It aims to support the achievement of the Lao government’s priority targets, as set out in the country’s Ninth National Socio-Economic Development Plan (2021–2025). The Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH) is the main body responsible for the national climate database and producing climate statistics. The Department of Agricultural Land Management (DALAM) also provided expertise in the use of advanced downscaling technologies. This Atlas presents the results of the work carried out by these bodies. The information describes in detail the country’s climate and how it has changed over the last 30 years.
