BookletCorporate general interestموصّفات الأقارب البرية للمحاصيل المصونة 2021تشكّل هذه القائمة بالموصّفات لبيانات جواز سفر الأقارب البرية للمحاصيل المصونة في الموقع الطبيعي الحد الأدنى من القائمة الأولية لتبادل بيانات الأقارب البرية للمحاصيل المحفوظة في الموقع الطبيعي. وتوفر هذه الأداة لكل موصّف، شرحًا موجزًا للمحتوى ونظام الترميز الخاص به واسم الحقل المقترح. لقد تم إعدادها أخذا كنقطة انطلاق الموصّفات الأساسية المستخدمة لصون الأقارب البرية للمحاصيل في الموقع الطبيعي CWR v.1 التي نشرتها منظمة بيوفرسيتي انترنشيونل Bioversity International في عام 2013. كما أنها تعتمد على التجارب الحديثة التي أجرتها أمانة المعاهدة الدولية لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة بشأن الموارد الوراثية النباتية للأغذية والزراعةفي سياق تطوير النظام العالمي للإعلام. ان أحد العوامل الرئيسية التي تؤثر سلبياً على صون الموارد الوراثية النباتية للأغذية والزراعة واستخدامها ورصدها والإبلاغ عن المعلومات الخاصة بها هو عدم امكانية الوصول إلى البيانات إضافة إلى التبادل غير الفعال للمعلومات. لقد منع هذا النقص في التقييس مجتمع الموارد الوراثية النباتية للأغذية والزراعة من تبادل بيانات الموارد الوراثية النباتية للأغذية والزراعة في مختلف أنحاء العالم وكان ذلك لسنوات عديدة، أحد التحديات الرئيسية للصون الفعال للمواد النباتية واستخدامها المستدام. وتعهدت أمانة المعاهدة الدولية

The guidelines set out principles and internationally accepted standards of responsible practices for the use and control of land, fisheries and forests. They provide guidance for improving the policy, legal and organizational frameworks that regulate tenure rights; for enhancing the transparency and administration of tenure systems; and for strengthening the capacities and operations of public bodies, private sector enterprises, civil society organizations and people concerned with tenure and its governance. The guidelines place the governance of tenure within the context of national food security, and are intended to contribute to the progressive realization of the right to adequate food, poverty eradication, environmental protection and sustainable social and economic development.
