2018Данный документ предлагает обзор состояния и исторического развития концепций и инструментов оценки земель для управления земельными и водными ресурсами, а также содержит рекомендации на будущее.Поэтому для дальнейшего совершенствования этих инструментов было предложено проведение широкой консультации заинтересованных сторон на разных уровнях управления с тем, чтобы ознакомиться и обобщить их опыт, извлечь уроки и определить главные возможности и упущения имеющихся LRP подходов. Инициируя консультационный процесс, Отдел земельных и водных ресурсов FAO провел опрос представителей разных регионов и секторов экономики, имеющих отношение к использованию земельных ресурсов на различных уровнях, с тем, чтобы обобщить их опыт и сделать выводы о плюсах и минусах существующих LRP подходов и инструментов. Данный опрос дал профессионалам полезную информацию о недостатках и упущениях LRP методов, тем самым определив задачи по их дальнейшему развитию. Опрос, проведенный FAO, выявил серьезный пробел в знаниях у лиц, имеющих отношение к LRP, в отношении инструментов и подходов для проведения планирования. Чтобы заполнить этот пробел, была проведена инвентаризация методов и подходов, которая теперь доступна на специально созданном сайте, демонстрирующим весь арсенал LRP инструментов. Этот сайт приводит перечень инструментов и дает описание их возможностей, ограничений и степень соответствия задачам, стоящим перед различными заинтересованными сторонами, профессионалами, регионами и зависящим от масштаба планирования. -

No results found.This report illustrates the food loss assessment studies undertaken along the maize, sunflower and beans supply chains in Uganda in 2015-16 and 2016-17. They aimed to identify the critical loss points in the selected supply chains, the key stages at which food losses occur, why they occur, the extent and impact of food losses and the economic, social and environmental implications of the food losses. Furthermore, these studies also evaluated the feasibility of potential interventions to reduce food losses and waste. -

No results found.The Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture (KJWA) was established at COP23 to address six topics in the agricultural sector's role in climate change. KJWA has contributed to sharing scientific and technical knowledge, but limitations remain in translating outcomes into concrete climate actions. The new four-year joint work on the implementation of climate action on agriculture and food security, which prioritizes ending hunger and considers national circumstances, includes the creation of an online portal for sharing information. The four-year agenda is shaped and broadened through the submission of views by parties, observers, and civil society and will be considered by SBSTA and SBI in June 2023. -
