FAO–GEF project monitoring tool
2020This publication provides guidance on planning, formulating and conducting the mid-term reviews (MTRs) of projects and programmes implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) that have received grant financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Trust Fund and other funds managed by the GEF Secretariat, such as the Least Developed Country Fund (LDCF) and the Special Climate Change Fund (SCCF). Its main aim is to help streamline and standardize the approach to and process for undertaking MTRs of FAO–GEF projects, to improve understanding of the requirements at various stages of the MTR process and to clarify the tasks, roles and responsibilities of the various parties involved in FAO–GEF project MTRs. -
