dc.description.abstract FAO and the IOC launched the Oratsimba Project in Sainte Luce to develop a simple and reproducible model of sustainable community management of the lobster fishery. This initiative integrates the sector dimension through the association of actors who locally control the purchase and export of lobsters, and also takes into account the articulation of regulatory arsenals between local and national levels.
